How long is the nature trail?
Roper Mountain Science Center offers a one-mile nature trail that winds through pine and hardwood forests. As you stroll the scenic path, you will also pass through the butterfly garden and alongside a pond brimming with insect and aquatic life. The nature trail is available during the day whenever the center's main gate is open.
